Hotel is located some 20 minutes from campus on foot. Based on guests reviews, we didn't pay for breakfast in hotel, since there is Franprix store and boulangerie (bakery) on the other side of building. Studio was very clean (did we get lucky?), well-equiped , and everything was in working order. Some noise from studio above, but it was minor problem. Don't recommend this hotel if you have to go to city of Palaiseau, especially if you don't have a car.

Foldable beds were a good touch to increase space if someone wants to stay indoors for some time. Overall good experience. Good for budget holidays if you want to save money on food and want to prepare your own food.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, there is a public transport bus stop nearby, a grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and the details in it absolutely corresponded to the photos provided in the online gallery. The staff were polite, friendly and ready to help if needed or had any questions.

well located close Ecole Polytechnique; it is a very convenient place that "does the job". It is clean and well kept and the staff is always nice.

Nice and bright studio apartment. Air conditioner, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Responsive staff, 24 x 7 front desk. Unlimited free coffee, hot chocolate, tea and pastry snacks. The electrical sockets on the bed frame didn't work for me in room 206. But upon negotiating, the manager gave me free breakfasts for the rest of my stay.

What can one say about the location other than it's one of the few hotels if you're attending university here. All in all, it be recommended for a short work stay.

Fantastic for going to many places like EdF or Ecole Polytechnique. Small apartment with fully furnished kitchen, god for mid-long stays. Good WiFi.

This is a perfect place to stay if one need to work at one of the multiple companies or at the University which are located in the Palaiseau-Saclay area. - There are few restaurants, a grossery store and bakery right aroung the corner. - The hotel is good accesable with public transportation. - The kitchen in the appartment is well equiped. - Good internet connection.

Very easy. CHecked in before time. Rooms are large and lots of storage. Wifi is great and fast.
